Go RVing Canada is pleased to present the Favourite RV Recipes Contest. Go RVing Canada encourages all RV enthusiasts across the country to submit their favourite RV-related recipe for a chance to win one of three amazing prizes!
The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada over eighteen (18) years of age, with the exception of employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are domiciled) of Go RVing Canada, of its panel of contest judges or of Go RVing Canada’s Public Relations team.
The Grand Prize for Best Overall Recipe is: An RV Weekend Getaway, including a Class C RV rental, gas card valued at $150 and a grocery card valued at $150. (Total value $1,050.00)
The Second Prize is: a $250 gift card for Williams-Sonoma online.
The Third Prize is: A six (6) piece set of Wusthof Steak Knives (Valued at $170.00).
Participants may only submit one (1) recipe per each of the following five (5) categories during the entire contest period. The five (5) categories are:
- Savoury appetizers
- Soups and salads
- Main course dishes
- Mouthwatering desserts
- Kid-Friendly snacks
The entry deadline for the contest is Monday, December 24th, 2012. There is no purchase necessary and entering the contest is very easy!
The Cooking Ladies
The Cooking Ladies, Phyllis Hinz and Lamont Mackay, are freelance writers, restaurant consultants, cookbook authors, hobby photographers, TV personalities, event speakers, and passionate RVers.
For 20 years, Phyllis and Lamont were successful restaurant owners. After the sudden, unexpected death of a young business partner, they sold their foodservice business, their houses, and almost all of their possessions. They bought a motorhome and began an amazing RV odyssey on the highways and back roads of North America to see where life would take them.
